Step One
Register Your Child’s Account

Go to ftoatutors.com/student-registration — you can click the orange button at the top of this page or follow the link in your WhatsApp message.
B
Fill in your child’s details: First Name, Last Name, Username, Email Address and create a Password.

Click the “Register” button at the bottom of the form.

💡 Tip: Use your child’s own email address for their student account. You will create a separate parent account in the next step.

Step Two
Register Your Parent Account

Go to the Parent Portal at ftoatutors.com/parent-login and click “Register Now” below the login form.
B
Fill in your own details as the parent — use your personal email address, not your child’s.

Click “Register” — your parent account is immediately active, no email verification needed.
💬 Note: Once both accounts are created, our team will link your child’s account to your parent dashboard within 24 hours and confirm via WhatsApp.

Step Three
Verify Your Email

Check your child’s email inbox for a verification email from F to A Tutoring.
B
Open the email and click the “Verify My Email” or “Confirm Account” link inside.
C
You’ll be redirected back to the website — your child’s account is now fully active.
⚠️ Can’t find the email? Check your Spam or Junk folder. If it’s not there after 5 minutes, WhatsApp us and we’ll resend it.

Step Four
Complete Your Child’s Profile

Log in to the platform using your child’s account at ftoatutors.com/dashboard.
B
Click on the Profile in the top right corner and select “Edit Profile”.
C
Add your child’s grade/year level and a profile photo (optional but recommended so tutors can recognise them).
💡 A complete profile helps your tutor personalise sessions from day one.

Step Five
Enrol in Your Course

Go to ftoatutors.com/all-courses and find the subject(s) recommended in your child’s Intervention Plan.
B
Click “Add to Cart” on the relevant course(s), then proceed to Checkout.
C
Complete the payment — once confirmed, your child will have immediate access to their course materials and recorded sessions.
💬 Not sure which course to choose? Refer to the Plan of Action table in your child’s Intervention Plan report, or WhatsApp us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Step Six
You’re Ready — Book Your First Session

Once enrolled, your tutor will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your child’s first session time.
B
Sessions are held live via Google Meet — you’ll receive the link before each session. No downloads or software needed.
C
After each session, a recording will be shared so your child can review the lesson anytime.
🎉 That’s it! Your child is all set. We’re excited to begin this journey with them and start moving those grades from F to A.
